Sizzle Pop

I love Lesley Anne Robinson’s brioche shawls! This one is Sizzle Pop. I knitted it up with Hedgehog Fibres Skinny Singles in colorways Salty Tales and Dragonfly.

I decided to do an experiment and knit the Salty Tales (the silver color) on the wrong side and the Dragonfly (purple) on the right side. Typically, the lighter color is on the right side so you can see the pattern emerging. I decided I preferred the lighter color on the right side, but, since this brioche pattern is beautiful on both “right” and “wrong” sides, it really doesn’t matter which side is showing. My project notes and more photos are here.

I found this yarn and pattern look amazing together, don’t you agree?
