Brioche Scarf for my Boo

I realized I hadn’t knitted a brioche scarf for my hubby (aka Boo), so I found a stitch pattern out of Nancy Marchant‘s book, Knitting Fresh Brioche, called Mr. Flood’s Brioche Stitch. It was later converted to a scarf pattern, Cinnabar Brioche Scarf.

This is a great pattern and the scarf worked up beautifully. I used Madelinetosh Twist Light in colorways Daenerys and Tien Tsi Pepper.

I’m glad I finally taught myself how to read brioche charts because this really made knitting it more efficient. My project notes are here.

Coming up, a brioche hat to match!
